Correction: They are engineered correctly to fit on clock shaft
I had previously written: Nice selection but the holes were engineered too big on one clock hand and two small on the other to fit on the shaft of my clock. Had to return it. HOWEVER, before I actually returned it, I tried it again and the problem I was having was entirely my fault in not mounting the hands correctly. Once I did that, it worked (and continues to work) fine.

Important! Don't Overtighten the Retaining Nut Behind the Hands
This kit contains a very common type of clock movement. It's used in most of the cheaper clocks out there. It's known as a "5168".I was able to fix both of the clocks shown in my photos using this kit. The outdoor clock would stop working about every year or two. I spray-painted hands from this kit yellow to provide better contrast than what I'd had before. The garage clock worked longer after I bought it but started slowing down and keeping the wrong time.I had replaced the movement in the outdoor clock once before, using one of the inexpensive movements I bought here on Amazon but it quit working maybe a year later. After reading reviews on this kit, I realized that I'd been over-tightening the nut that holds the movement onto the clock face every time I tried to fix one of my clocks. Doing that causes premature failure of the movement due to stress on the gears or misalignment.Pros:Movement uses a sweep second hand.Quiet! No more "clicking" resonating on hollow walls.Eight clock movements in the kit.Twelve pairs of hands of different colors and lengths.Three different shaft lengths.Inexpensive! ($15 in 2024)The second hand attaches securely by screwing into the movement shaft.Quick to install - fairly easy to replace a clock's movement in about 15 minutes.Cons:It's a bit difficult to get the hour and minute hands to press onto their respective shafts - the second hand is the easiest to attach.Summary:I may not use one or two of the movements in the kit with the short shaft lengths but the kit was cheap enough that it doesn't matter. I may get a clock one day that can use them.I suspect that many people just throw away clocks that stop working. With a kit like this, just fix it!

Redoing star clocks
I don't care one bit about the "original" movement in these star clocks (1960's) but these always fit the original and are quiet. Love them and the selection of hands--but and easy enough to keep original hands when necessary--hreat movement. Easy to install

Smooth running
Clocks are smooth running and quiet. Would have given 5 stars, but I noticed one had stopped. Upon investigation the hands were bent and not allowing the minute hand to pass the hour hand. Some others in the pack I did not use were also slightly bent. So, check the clearance before you complete the install. Also, the hands secure by pushing on and friction so if you are replacing a clock where the hands have notches or slots you will have to choose from their selection of hands.

Terrific Value!
Super deal even if you only need to repair 2 clocks. I like the sweep second hand. I intermixed the black hands with a red second hand for a striking contrast. The hands are very delicate so be careful with them.

Looks great. Will use them soon.

NOT JUMP SECOND HAND
The description states "jump second movement" but they are sweep movements. Don't want them so they're going back (delayed my project).

Amazing for the price........Skibidi Clock.....
What do you expect for < $2 each? Not much, Right? But these would be a bargain for $3- $4 !Comes in 3 shaft lengths. The short is good for a couple of mm thickness, the medium for 1/4" or so, and the longest for about 1/2" thickness. TickTock? No. This is quieter than a very quiet mouse wearing fluffy slippers. With a good assortment of hands, but no feet.
