Best flying bug trap for indoors I've bought!
When I tell you I haven't seen a fruit fly - fly past my face and annoy me since I've bought this product I mean it! I was getting so tired and annoyed of these little fruit flys buzzing past me and never being able to catch them. Finally I said that's it's I need to buy something to fix this. I did my research online and then proceeded to see what Amazon had to offer. I came across safer home which was also in one of the articles I read online. The reviews are pretty good so I bought it. Since having it plugged in my kitchen I haven't had one annoying fruit fly pass my face. I've had this product for about two- maybe three weeks. It works so well! It comes with two sticky pads. Easy to put in, very safe for your pets and family, the speed of how fast it worked was wild and still is! There is no smell. I really enjoy the blue light especially at night it's like a little night light. I'm going to buy another one for the bedroom just because I like it that much even though I haven't seen one fly in my path since getting it. Plug it in and let it do its job. You'll totally forget about having little flying pests.

Inexpensive but highly effective
This device is a bit silly in how it works: it's a blue light with sticky paper. But WOW does it work well. We purchased several of these and now have zero gnats and flies. It's inexpensive, the refills are inexpensive, but it's highly effective. It also doubles as a night light. The blue light isn't good in bedrooms, but it is good in the kitchen. The flying insects gravitate towards that room and end their journey in the kitchen.

Good quality for the price
Plugged it in near my plants and within a few hours it started trapping the fungus gnats that have invaded my space. Pretty sturdy, light piece of equipment that you can just plug in and forget about. The light is bright enough to catch the attention of any flying pests without being too distracting. No noise, no smell, and pretty effective if placed in the main spots pests show up. Will probably pick up another one to also catch any fruit flies in the kitchen area.

Ok for small flies
Works well for small flies but hasn’t caught larger flies which are the most annoying. I do like the blue light and how easy it was to set up. I also like that it’s safe around my kids and dog. I just wish it caught more flies.

Effective and safe
Item was as described, one outlet bug attracting light and two sticky pads to trap pests. The sticky pad is easy to slide into the bug light and easy to remove without touching the yucky bits. Effectively trapped flying bugs and pests. I maybe had this one up for two weeks, the proof is right there! There is no odor when plugging in or adding a new sticky pads

VERY Effective!
ok, I'll admit, I was a little skeptical if this would work. But I'm here to tell you--IT WORKS! Like a charm! I've already bought more! I love that it catches all those flying little pests and it's all natural--non-toxic (I'm very picky about that!). SO Easy to install and use, just slip it in the slot and voila--it does it's job. There's no smell and you don't have to worry about the stickiness...it's sticky enough to catch those pests! Very effective... I now have three of them!

No More Fruit Flies
I bought two of these to catch fruit flies in my house. (The 2-pack was on sale.) They caught all of the little "nuisances" within two days. No more fruit flies = sanity restored. Two small issues:1) Make sure they are plugged directly into a wall or there is something behind them. One of mine started working right away, but I had an issue with the other one at first because I plugged it into an extension cord hanging on the wall, rather than directly into a receptacle. It was hanging perpendicular to the wall and didn't catch anything. (The fruit flies were definitely in that room.) The second day, I repositioned it in the same spot but facing the wall (as if it were plugged into the wall), and it started catching them immediately.2) These are UV lights. If you leave them plugged in for a long time, they will fade objects close to them, the same as if you left those objects in the sun. If you look at the customer photos, you can see some complaints of yellowed receptacles. That is why. It won't do this overnight, but some people leave them plugged in permanently. If I were to do that, I would put something on the wall behind it, like a piece of poster board or contact paper--to protect the wall--and make sure there is nothing valuable close to it.

Worth It
Works well!Pros: No noise or smell, is small, fits nicely, doubles as a night light, and is safe.Cons: Build quality is poor, since one of the outlet prongs came bent. It takes a long time to catch the bugs. Works better in small homes or rooms.
