Absolutely love this! So much easier than dealing with the 5 gallon jugs. This was a great investment. The cold water comes much more than tap cold. Hot water is just below boiling. So convenient! Installation was easy.

Set up was easy, though my office already had a bottle-less filter, so we didn't set up from scratch. It worked well for office of 10 people, after around 4 months the filters broke, which was dissapointing as the packaging said they should last 6 months. Contacted customer support, and Rachael B from Avalon was helpful is diagnosing what the problem is and sending us a new filter free of charge! It works like new again, couldn't be more grateful to her for her help.

as of 9/29/24 the listing still says it does hot, cold, and room temp water. this is untrue. it will do room temp water only if you shut the cooler off... OBVIOUSLY. so I believe they are misleading customers because it can't actually do all 3. the return process is a nightmare- you pay your own return shipping even though they are at fault, wait a month and REQUEST amazon to refund you. This honestly all felt fraud adjacent and I would recommend people do not buy products that are not handled by amazon.

Easy installation. Good tasting water. Installed it in our warehouse. Water is not brain freezing cold, its thirst quenching cold. No recurring cost of buying bottles. Just hooked it up with a faucet/tap and done. Been using it for about a month, no issues yet. Happy to think that we are contributing positively by not using disposable plastic water bottles anymore that do not disintegrate for millions of years. Satisfied and would recommend.

The chiller cools the water cooler than my fridge. The water heater is great for teas. The night light is subtle and functional. All three can be turned on and off easily. The filter purge system included from the manufacturer is lame. I easily modified it for less than $20. I purchased a 90, tee, and valve to modify mine to allow for mounting of the filter purge system. Just need a Philips screwdriver to move the components over. No electrical modification required. The filter purge mount is shown on the left in the photos. It comes unattached from the manufacturer. I mounted mine fore easy purging of the new filters. Moving the existing filter mounts over to the right allowed for the purge system to be installed. When I get my new filters I can hang the purge hose in the sink and purge the filters without having to contend with a bucket and where to hold the filter purge accessory.

This is a really great option for people that have access to a water line. The water tastes great and is nice and chilled. The self cleaning option is great and works really well. I would highly recommend if you are looking for water alternatives.

I bought this product and the 1st unit only last for less than a year, and then they replaced it and only last for 2years. Dont waste your money and buy other brand, they dont offer service and repair. They will also ask you to repair and diagnose it by your self, if you cant repair it, basically its disposable and buy a new one, so dont waste your money with this brand
