June 7 of 2025 update roughly 6 months of use I use a custom fit mouth guard. I use this device every morning for up to 5 minutes to decompress and align my neck. Otherwise I have neck discomfort. Definitely took some time. I have much better neck alignment, less neck rotation pain, and less neck discomfort. Best $120 spent for my neck. :) I thought I may have a herniation in my neck therefore I bought this device which can help in most cases I think. This device can actualy fix neck issues permanently. Going to use it for the rest of my life. Suggested improovemenrs: can use better chin padding. First week review: Planning to decompress and stretch out my neck. Works well. I need to buy a mouth teeth guard to protect teeth from causing tooth damage. All sorts of cracking in the neck has happened in the first few days of use. Probably going to take few years to get all the neck allignment I can get without breaking the neck

Bought this for my husband and he’s already seeing great results! The fit is great, they’re not designed to be comfortable, they’re designed to stretch. This device is easy to use, if you know how traction works. He’s been going to get traction for years, this will save us so much money. So it’s definitely worth the money! Can’t say much for durability, because we just got it. But he is not in pain for the first time since his last traction session. Super happy with our purchase.

I bought this in desperation while waiting to see doctor. Didn't know how to use it properly, so it did nothing. After doctors' tests and steroid shots, got to physical therapist, who applied traction to my neck. Showed this collar to doctor and PT, and they let me use it at home. Each use of the collar relieves my pain for several days, and is better than driving 30 min to PT. I'm glad I bought the collar, but I'd recommend asking your doctor or therapist.

Did not work for me,was uncomfortable and did not fit right

It works as advertised but for me, my problem is in the back of my neck. This lifts well but like 90% front. It feels like it lifting my chin higher and higher while the back of my head stays the same. It does help me, I would say 60% which is better than nothing.

Just got it, both the husband and I both used it just now. Very well made, feels amazing, we both have blood flow in our necks, can literally feel it once we took it off. I needed a neck pop immediately afterwards, but he didnt feel the need for it. We are going to try and make this a daily routine!

Going to the chiropractor got expensive so I started to looking for traction devices for myself to save money. I was up in the middle of the night and found this one on Amazon and I'm happy that I did. Upon using it the first time it was a little bit confusing on the installation, but of course I'm a man and didn't read the instructions. LOL after doing so it worked great it actually helped align my neck and it sounded like sticks breaking as it reset and put it into traction. I think I'm going to have to divorce the wife and marry the neck device at this point.

I'm 5'10" 210lbs .. It fits super snug, I barely fit in it... Took some getting used. Made for a slimmer person. My neck measured at 17" and I can feel suffocated sometimes.. The extractions work because I feel less pain than before; it doesn't go away completely, but I feel improvement after 3 days... 4 starts due to the fit, They should make this version for smaller person and another for larger humans... If you look at me and the sample photo, you can see the difference the women in the photo's device almost sit on her shoulders mine is more on the collar bone which makes it a little uncomfortable as well.... Definitely Space for improvement...
