This is the only sleep mask I will purchase from now on, it is absolutely incredible. I was hoping for something heavier on my eyes but trusted in the science that this product provided, which is that it is the perfect weight. I tie mine up in the back because I am a side sleeper and it stays beautifully, I am almost always asleep in no more than 15 minutes after putting this seemingly luxurious sleep mask on my tired eyes. I put a little bit of scented oils on it sometimes too, and that really has me feeling like I am on a spa retreat. As a nurse, getting good sleep is very important to me as I believe in practicing what I preach and am constantly emphasizing the importance of sleep to patients and I regularly recommend this to them for its luxurious comfort, ability to block light, and versatility as it is good for side sleepers, those sleepers that roll around, etc. I ended up buying more for my friends, who also love them. GET IT

I received my first NodPod as a gift. Honestly, it seemed a little odd, but then I tried it and couldn’t love it more. Whenever I struggle to fall asleep, I lay this across my eyes and I’m out within minutes. My other one was a different fabric, which can be a little hot in the summer months. I tried this for the cooler fabric and it is perfect.

Love my Nod-pod sleep mask. It is soft and comfortable. It is lightly weighted and you can adjust the strap to give a little more pressure if you prefer. It washes well on delicate or regular in a garment bag. I hang it to dry. I have had one for several years and bought the sill version for my daughter.

I have a hard time sleeping. Since I have to go to bed before the sun is down, it's even harder to fall asleep. This sleep mask does block the light very well and has a soft feel and soothing weight that, after a few minutes of trying to relax, will usually put me to sleep. I don't always stay asleep, and it will fall off as you sleep, but it does put me back down if I make an effort to use it through the night. It works for side and back sleepers. Read the little pamphlet that comes with it and learn more about other sleep habits to help it work better. I will probably buy one of these for a loved one as a gift.

I love it but, for this price point I expected glass beads. The weight with the plastic beads is okay, but you can't heat it up or really get it cold if you want to use it for therapy reasons. Overall I'm glad I bought it, but I am not sure I would buy another.

I love this thing. I ordered this mask and a different sleep mask to try out. After one night with this, I am converted. I usually toss and turn, but with this mask I woke up on my back in the same position. When I rolled onto my side to snooze my alarm, I put it on like the photos show and it stayed on comfortably. The weight is perfect for a gentle pressure. I also like the texture of the silk on my eyes; I wear lash extensions and it didn’t snag them. The navy blue is pretty.I was hesitant to try because I am someone that moves around at night, but I read a review that said they move less wearing this mask and I 100% agree. I would encourage ordering one just to try out and I’d say you may be surprised.
