Excellent, simple, stable, 5VDC analog water pressure sensor
Very good 100 PSI sensor for my Arduino ESP32-based house water pressure monitor. Originally used for a monitor where Town Water is intermittent, I made two more for my own home to tell me when to change my whole-house water filters.I’m upping my rating after a few months in use. These sensors are pretty stable and consistent over time. Once I developed a good calibration regime, I found the 0-5VDC signal pretty linear with water pressure within my 0-75psi home water pressure application. And with the price of these units, it’s a 5-star product.I've now bought four of these sensors. One was bad and was quickly exchanged. I now have three in operation using a decent USB charger for the sensor's required 5VDC and to power the ESP32. Plumbing is a standard 1/8 inch NPT thread. I used blue thread tape cut narrow in half to seal the threads.The sensor appears very well machined in stainless steel. The removable wire harness is solid, easy to wire to, and easy to attach to the steel sensor. There are no instructions, but wiring is labeled and is simple: 5VDC supply, Ground, and analog output 0-5VDC. Works with Arduino, works for me. Nice product.

A good value... It works.
The first one I received did not work. It output a voltage that floated around 100mV with or without any pressure. I hooked it up to a 5Vdc wall wart rated to 1A. At atmospheric pressure (not plumbed into a service line) the output was 112mV. It's supposed to be 500mV. Although I was not optimistic, but since I already bought the fittings required to connect it to a hose bib, I put domestic water pressure on it. As expected -- 100mV output. I can only assume the circuit inside (wheatstone bridge?) is just regulating the supply down to 100mV as opposed to actually measuring strain on a stainless diaphragm.I asked Amazon to send a replacement. If that works, there will be an edit below outlining what happened and I will adjust my rating accordingly. If there is nothing posted beyond this, I was 0-4-2.Edit: azn sent a replacement (next day!) and it works. If it works well in-situ, I'll come back and report. I raised my rating to reflect how well this one is working. I am running it on an esp8266 that has it's own voltage divider (100k/220k) onboard for 0-3.3v. I added another one with 47k/68k resistors to take 0-5v to 0-3v so I am running on the ADC ~100-1000 for 0-100 psig. I only need it to run for a year taking data, which I don't think is too much to ask. if it fails before that I will come back here and update. Otherwise, no news is good news.Edit - been working for 11 days so far... Averaging 1k readings and posting every 10min.

So far, so good -- and still good
FUSCH 100 PSI Pressure SensorUpdate 2025-05-17Three months in and the sensor is still working perfectly. It has been accurate to 1-Deciaml point with the gauge from 30.0 to 50.0. I have an IP camera on the gauge and Arduino display in the pump-house and they have not wavered at all. The live video is on the main IoT display on the house and the gauge is precisely following the sensor reports and controlling the pump on-off accurately. Love it so far. I bought another as a spare but doubt it will be used, but will report back here if needed.Original review: 2025-02-16Using this with an IoT system monitoring our well water pump. The claimed output voltage rating is quite a way off, so I just set it to match the pressure gauge that I know is exact.The output is linear as I compared it at 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70-PSI with the gauge, so I just added 7-PSI to the calculated result. The starting offset of 0.5vdc at 0-PSI was closer to 0.8vdc.It seems pretty stable and consistent over many daily 5-minute pump-cycles.I will report back if that changes. Previous sensors I have tried never mentioned "water" in their descriptions so they eventually rusted and became erratic. Hopefully this one is really rated for water. If there is no update above then it is still working well.

Hit or miss but so cheap it’s worth a shot
Worked great for a couple weeks then died. I bought 2 of these. One for fuel psi and one for oil psi. These are smaller and lighter than other brands out there. They both worked at first then died shortly after. I’ve heard these are hit or miss so I took a chance. Ended up buying the low dollar Motorsports version and they’re working fine months later.
