Transformed my knees
Doing goblin squats on these is amazing and life changing. Very firm - ultra support and grip. Solid angle as well with variability if needed.

Lightweight, sturdy, easy to move to use in different areas.
This is a 3 piece set - 2 small wedges the same size and one large one. When you stack the 2 small ones, they match the large piece, and you can stretch both calves at the same time while watching tv, cooking, etc. For a less intense stretch, use the 2 small ones side by side, or for an intense stretch, use them all stacked for one foot at a time, easy to use. I'm going to get a second set for the office as I find anytime I'm standing around I gravitate to them.

Functional, but
So these are functional.Pros: The adjustable feature with two of the pieces is nice. Super lightweight.Cons: These are made of very stiff styrofoam. There is some texture on the top where you feet go but the bottom of them has nothing to keep them from slipping around on tile or any other smooth surface floor.Come across as very cheap to make. The may be very durable but I am not going to try to break them just for the review. Thing is on a smooth tile floor (where I am using them) they are almost scary how easily they will slide across the floor. On a carpet probably be fine if your weight is coming onto them vertically. If you were on any kind of rubber mat they would be fine. If on a slick surface floor be careful.
