These are perfect for social security cards! They are heavier, weight than most wallet or billfold plastic inserts, so I expect they will hold up much better, and will keep my card from getting worn. I also use them for my insurance cards, which are now printed on paper as well.

Good quality card sleeves- don’t fit in wallet card slots
These plastic card sleeves are great for protecting paper cards I.e. social security/medicare cards. They are easy to use, good clarity, thickness and fit for cards and seem to be durable. One thing to know, they do not fit in the card slots in my wallet: they are too big.
