This is the best Shilajit I have ever tried it is very good quality, it helps make you feel better during the day and is definitely worth it for its price. My yoga teacher from India used to take Shilajit from a small herbal company in Rishikesh, India, decades ago. Even then it was costly, so the price of this product alone should put up red flags. This product by Bodywise bears no resemblance to the ancient Ayurveda remedy. One "pea-sized" dose convinced me that this is not only awful tasting (like burnt plastic) but also DETRIMENTAL to my health. All the hype and so-called authenticity is fabricated. Someone in India has realized that with enough smoke and mirrors, you can sell Americans anything. And BTW, this product is not returnable, so they don't stand behind their product.

After much research on many dietary supplements I decided to try Himalayan Shikajit for the bone density attributes. I found that I had more energy & my skin looks much healthier! Just a pea size of resin dissolved in milk (or water) in the morning, I put in shit glass & gulp it down! The taste is a bit strong I can definitely tell if I go a day without my Himalayan Shilajit. The price is right too!
