I have been using the stretch bands and bar for 8 weeks, 3 times per week and have seen great results. I was able to lift a solid wood dining room table over my head and carry out to the checkout counter. I set the table down, paid for it and again lifted the table without effort. I heard the cashier comment on how strong I was to be able to lift the table so easily. I never would have been able to lift the table before I started working out with this equipment. The stretch bands increase in resistance the further they are pulled, which gives a better workout than merely lifting dumbbells or barbell

Good product

The bands are an overall great product. They stretch and provide a surprising amount of resistance. The bar is a great addition that adds to the amount of movements I’m able to do with the bands. I’m not familiar with these workouts yet but it seems they are somewhat versatile.

It's very versatile and hits alot of the basics when you can't get into the gym

If you are looking for bands with a bar this is a great set. I travel every week and it has been great and made really well.

It’s a really nice product. I just wish it didn’t smell so bad. Has a stronger rubber, chemical smell. Trying to let it air out.

I drive a semi and these are the perfect size to keep in shape while waiting to be loaded/unloaded.
