I like the ingredients in these, and the energy they give me. I work night shifts and they really help me stay alert/calm.

I love that it is organic I feeel focused energetic wasn’t very expensive

I lked it I won’t know until i use it more to see if it is what i expected

I love this product!! It has become a part of my daily dietary supplement regimen.

I've read about the health benefits of both of these herbs, so having them together in a handy gel cap is convenient. The bottle suggests three a day, so I've taken to just taking apart the capsule and adding the contents to my morning smoothie, which also has protein powder in it, so that pretty much masks any flavor these might have. The ingredient lists more than maca and ashwagandha, though: there's also shalijit, asparagus, and a number of other things that sound intriguing (horny goat weed powder, anyone?)!

It does work but I can only take it for like 4 days then I have to stop because. I spotting.

I haven’t even opened the bottle and what I don’t like— and I’m upset that I missed this. But this a blend with only 2.5% ashwaganda. So, of the 500 mg “blend”, only 12.5 mg are ashwaganda. The other issue I missed is that the serving size is 3 largish capsules… that’s a lot of capsules.. I am feeling duped and now I can’t return. 😵‍💫
