This pad is soft and comfortable, but what I like best is that the velcro straps stay fastened, especially the one in the middle. The pad I had before was ok except for that middle strap which had a small sliver of velcro holding it, so it came loose every night. This one has a much wider fastener and stays fastened all night.

It definitely has a soft feel and is very comfortable to wear.

By using the foam pieces in my headgear has made a whole lot of difference. The strap doesn’t dig into my neck with the foam protection now. I am very glad I made the purchase.

I attached the CPAP cushions to my CPAP straps. And for the first couple of days, it really cushioned around my neck. but after those few days, then the cushion started to rub my neck. I’m giving this three stars because it’s a good idea but it just the ending result just isn’t as cushioned.

These are very soft, have good velcro closures and cover the straps nicely but I didn't think about the added warmth. I got this set for my husband to try but he said they made his face too warm. I'm sure if your a person that gets cold or aren't sensitive to added layers creating warmth then these would be great. They do make the straps much more comfortable and I feel that's really what they are intended to do so I can't really fault them for the other issue. I would recommend these to add a bit of comfort for your cpap machine.

The media could not be loaded.  The fleece material is super soft and the Velcro seems very strong and decently stitched into the fabric. Using this product has helped cut down on discomfort and irritation from CPAP mask straps, allowing abrasions on my neck to start to heal after a few days.

Missing parts, We only got the back neck part and not the side straps. When I put in about the missing parts it wants us to send it back. My husband needs the back part. I'd rather get a refund for the missing ones or replacement for just those.
