Extremely Small
I hav ordered other similar items and an XL size n anything I buy is always fine. This item was at least 6 inches shorter than it needed to be to be usable. My wife is a smaller person so I offered it to her and it was also too small for her as well. Product was returned.

Breathable
Purchased this for support while riding horses. Breathable a plus but Velcro closure isn't the best of quality. Belt fails to stay secured and fastened. It tends to easily come unfastened.

Awesome brace
Great for lower back pain. Easy to use. Love the material it's made of. It's light weight and not bulky like some braces I've used in the past.

Works as promoted
I needed a lightweight brace that I could wear under clothes. I have two heavy duty braces for those times I do heavy outside work. This one is great for those situations where I need ot sit correctly on a bleacher or some other place that does not make it easy to support the back like it should be supported. This brace is perfect for those situations. I bought this for the situations where I needed support without being bulky under clothes.

Really nicely made
very comfortable back brace. Smooth all over...no cheap hard plastic velcro bits here! I appreciated the extra loop on the front that makes removal easier, and I appreciate that the height of the extra padding on the inside is adjustable. I appreciate that it is indeed, very breathable.I docked one star because while I measured carefully according to their chart, it really needed to be one size up. Be warned that if your measurement is within 5cm of the max listed in a size, you are likely to be better ordering up a size. Since there is very little stretch, it is difficult to get a brace that is a little small, to fix securely.
