Delivery was fast! Plant was bigger than expected,leaves more separated than in the picture but obviously the picture is just reference to the plant...had to repot it cause I felt the soil wasn't enough and I wanted to add some plants nutrients as when I opened the box 2 bottom leaves fell off ... It's ok.. overall plant looks healthy just hope leaves don't start dripping since I had to repot so quick .plant looks beautiful and leaves are big .good $$$ too happy with my purchase 👍

I have ordered plants before off of Amazon and they usually come with the roots exposed and unprotected except for a damp paper towel rubber banded around them. So you can guess my surprise and thankfulness to find these plants came within their own little plastic pots with brown packaging paper wrapped around the foliage and rubber banded around the pot itself. I am so happy and thankful they took the time and care to package these plants so thoughtfully. The plants themselves are super health, green, full, and beautiful. I have not seen any bugs yet either.

My plant arrived in perfect condition with not even a teaspoon of soil spilled. The extra steps to wrap it and provide a stake to help protect it were appreciated.The plant itself is beautiful! Just over a foot tall, healthy and clean. I will purchase again!

It's a very nice, full burgundy rubber tree plant with lots of new growth, but there are a few damaged leaves and some burnt ones. Overall I'm very happy and I'm sure it'll be a great plant. I don't know much about plant diseases and mites/pests, but I did inspect it and took some photos with the plant app "Picture This" and it appears to be healthy.

Shipping was quick, arrived in excellent condition, well packed and potted. A good size. These plants can be a bit of a challenge for many growers in the home. I'll pass along a tip I recently tried...treat the water with aquarium water conditioner. These plants are quite sensitive to various chemicals in drinking water and a few drops of water conditioner neutralizes those chemicals. This should help prevent leaf 'crisping' at the edges.

At first sight I wasn’t even sure of what it was when I removed from the package. Unlike the plant depicted in the photo it had no darker green leaves only bright almost lime green with little or no variegation. In general it’s pretty but there are various brown spots on the leaves and one of the top leaves is broken on the underside of the stem. That leaf probably won’t survive. I’m undecided about returning or replacing. I prefer to start with plants that are healthy. The last thing I want is to bring critters or disease in my home that could possibly infect my other plants.Update: Returned original plant in exchange for another of the same and received exactly that another of the same. Last 2 photos are the replacement. Brown spot on one of the leaves and one leaf discolored. I will unlikely buy from this seller again. If you’re going to replace a plant than send a healthy one in good condition! Since they were unable to do that it leads me to believe that there is a problem at this nursery and they sent all they have to offer!

I'm blown away. I didn't expect this quality and size! The packaging was very neat and meticulous. The plants look beautiful and healthy! They reinforced and protected the height of the plant with some skewers! I was expecting small plants but these are just as beautiful as the pictures. This seller has top tier quality! I definitely reccomend!

What you get honestly looks alot like the picture. Mine came pretty damaged on the outer leaves and a few of the base leaves and had some heat damage ... BUT there was a reason for it. During shipment I got notified that the train derailed and it was delayed in shipping... why my plant was shipped from so far away when it's grown locally is beyond me, I did my best to avoid cross country shipment in the heart of summer.. but it happens. Overall the plant would have been fine had extenuating circumstances not happened and these plants can be pretty resilient in the right conditions. I chopped a handful of leaves pretty much it's oldest on the outside there was crease damaged and it was in shock for a couple days but there's NO BUGS and it's a very full plant, with new leaves unfurling. So it's likely to bounce back given a bit of time especially after i removed any leaves having a tough time . I even bought it when it was on sale so it cost me under twenty. Do expect to repot the plant after your sure there's no more shock. The soil is compact and not the correct type for this plant. I'd buy another plant all things considered I don't believe conditions would repeat like that in shipping I wouldn't order more delicate plants from them 😅 but ones this durable and more? For sure.
