Might be more expensive, but worth the money!
This product is great. The plug-in allows for the water to stay cool all the time, even when not using the cold tap. It stands up great and does not take up much room in the kitchen. Great product!

Good, but a couple of flaws that could be ironed out
This was a replacement for the same water dispenser we bought several years ago. One change though, this time the top of the bottle is displaced into the water, which isn't the most sanitary process to be honest - and it floats around in there the whole time.Overall reasonable quality and works just as it should. Feels a little light/plasticky for the price

Fantastic Addition
We drink lots of water in our house and our fridge jug never got time to cool for long enough before being refilled. This is fridge cold water on tap. The whole famiky drinks more water now and no filters needed. We get our water sourced locally, so feel a great environmental choice against bottled water. We have our bottles swapped out every 4 weeks or so - a bottle a week. Very easy to clean. A great purchase and great tasting water.

Sleek and convenient
Didn’t realise how much I needed this until I bought one. An attractive and convenient product that does exactly what is required of it. I can see this being used in both domestic and business settings, particularly with the current drive to reduce waste.I was almost put off by some of the negative reviews. However, I was reassured by the FAQ section on the product page and haven’t experienced any issues myself.Very fast delivery and great communication from seller. Highly recommended.

Great Machine
Someone told me that water would never have tastes better till I got a water cooler machine. I was dubious but hotbobe, and this water was from the same firm. It really does taste amazing. Whether it is to do with the fact it instilled or the quality of the water I don't know! Bottles arrived quickly and good value.

Poor quality product and even worse customer service
Had to return as the top was broken and very flimsy.Over a month later, despite chasing on various occasions, I still haven't received a reply!It also cost in excees of £24 postage to returnDreadful customer service.Water bottles which were ordered with the cooler were all cracked at the top and leakingThese were refunded eventually
