I have to take medication at scheduled times, but unfortunately have had my medication lost or stollen on occasion. This helps me to take with me what I need for the day, and no one is the wiser. I usually keep an extra dose for emergencies too, which helps me feel a bit more at ease. It's so pretty and has a nice tight seal. Since my pills are small I stuffed some cotton into the top and bottoms with a Q-tip to prevent the pills from banging around and breaking. This might not be the best if you have larger tablets, but works for smaller ones, about the size of a 200 mg Motrin. The key ring is what draw me to this particular one since it is very sturdy and high quality. The colors really pop too and are esthetically pleasing. This would be a great gift for a loved one. I also bought a second one to store emergency cash in since I'm known to forget my wallet. Really high quality and great value.

I appreciate that this pill case takes a few twists to come off and secures tightly. There is little danger of accidentally dumping your pills. I fit 3 tablets easily, and I forget that it's there until I need it. - one star for the ring getting discolored after a few months, but that's just cosmetic.

So far this has really come in handy keeping backup doses of medications on my key chain. I keep my keys in my pocket so a small and compact holder is ideal. This may be a problem for someone who takes larger, and/or more numerous pills, but it fits two doses of two medications for me. It seems durable and well made. It comes with an extra o ring which I think is a good idea given that it is compressed with some friction when the halves are screwed tight. The ring seems to be of good quality - it functions the same way as spring carabiners, the cheap ones of which usually fail when the spring comes out, but I don't expect to open it often as it will remain on my keyring. For an item I'll rely on daily I think it's a good value

This works great for me. I have to be careful opening it at a table (say, in a restaurant) so the pills don't scatter, but that's because the pills are very small. The case is unobtrusive, and holds what I need it to. I read reviews about it coming open for some people, so I'm careful to tighten it when I close it. I keep it attached to my keys.

The hinged ring is GREAT and it comes with 2 extra O rings. Accidentally showered while wearing it on my necklace and my pills didn't get wet! Love the iridescent color! Fits up to 4 or 5 small round tablets or 3-4 medium. Definitely not high capacity but exactly what I personally need! Just enough room for my PRN's. Bought as gifts for my mom and bestie also!

I first bought the mini to hold a half pill. The colorful case didn’t make anything obvious (it’s discrete) and it worked well. I then needed to add another small pill but both won’t fit. I bought the other size case and wowzer it is too big! I’m going to keep searching because the size difference is so dramatic and the large is just obnoxious when not needed.
