works as intended when used with electrode gel
It is a fine product, more expensive than necessary. It is functional. The band is not conductive, this would be preferable. Instead the band holds a metal conductor against your skin, this can be uncomfortable and even cause burns if used without electrode gel.

The leads do NOT stay snapped to the straps!
Unless you plan on using tape or something every time you use these, you will have a difficult time moving around and keeping the snaps connected to the wrist bands. At least WE are unable to use them comfortably unless you DO NOT MOVE. The leads on these are also SUPER SHORT! Even using other leads we have, the snaps are just not compatible with the ones that come with it, or others that we have. They are too tiny so they never get a good SNAP. They're basically just placed on them loosely.A lot of people have bought these in groups I'm in to use with the Healy device. Some seem to be ok, but most of us have a problem with them working the way they should.Also, be sure to put something between the metal on the band and your skin or you may get burned, as others have shown in their reviews.

Kind of screwed up
About 75% of the time you use them the electricity goes right through the strap and it burns your skin and stings like hell. Sometimes they don't I kind of figure it out I put plenty of gel I put pieces of cardboard in between the strap and my skin it still doesn't stop this thing it's got a mind of its own so good luck with these

I like the idea of a metal electrode that is strapped to the target area (like a finger), instead of a pad that is being glued to the skin. Especially good if the target area has hair (my fingers have).

Be careful!
Be sure to wet them AND use gel. They are very finicky and they will bite you and leave marks.
