It is a fine product, more expensive than necessary. It is functional. The band is not conductive, this would be preferable. Instead the band holds a metal conductor against your skin, this can be uncomfortable and even cause burns if used without electrode gel.

The Adjustable Estim Wrist Strap has been a pleasant surprise for me. At such an affordable price point, I wasn't expecting much, but I've found that they work perfectly for my needs. If you're considering something similar, the low price tag makes it worth giving these straps a try. They're comfortable to wear and get the job done without any fuss. Whether you're a newbie or an experienced user, these straps offer good value for the money and might just exceed your expectations.

These will plug into my 10's machine just fine. Of course it takes two to complete the circuit but works on my hairy wrist joints where the sticky tabs may not hold. Only drawback was they could have been more adjustable. Still like them though

About 75% of the time you use them the electricity goes right through the strap and it burns your skin and stings like hell. Sometimes they don't I kind of figure it out I put plenty of gel I put pieces of cardboard in between the strap and my skin it still doesn't stop this thing it's got a mind of its own so good luck with these

The straps are for my arms. Really do not work #1 my arms are to big diameter, fit on my wrists big not the arms. #2. The fabric does not carry the power, only the metal buckle does. In my case there worthless.

Got these same day delivery..they are pretty snug but the metal joint that delivers the pulse is very sharp on its edges and if not careful will nick you so jus be mindful of that I combat that issue by wrapping the edges with medical or electric tape. I'm.not sure how long they will last or if the are prone to wear and tare but I will definitely put them through the works with how I use them. Would be nice if they actually came with the 2mm tire connector that you connect to a tens unit and if the straps came with two ports stems to one connector would have been more efficient but still I'm lovin the product so far

I'm not new to Tens/Estim. Expecting a poor product from some of the reviews of this inexpensive accessory, I am completely happy with the performance. The metal tab is NOT supposed to carry all the current. The elastic band does much if not most of the contact. It's easy. Apply conductive gel to entire area of skin to be covered by the band, position the bands to this area and soak the band with water (squirt bottle) completely (so the metal will not be the only conductor), and turn on the Tens starting on low and gradually increase until it hurts and back off until you get the stim you can tolerate comfortably. From time to time as the water on the bands start to dry add a little water to the bands to renew the contact. So it's not like a patch you stick on and forget. Just a little water now and then, no big deal.

Not for your wrist, use lots of estim gel. The latch came undone a few times and they got rusty basically overnight as there is no great way to dry them, but it did feel good.

Only a VERY small child could put these on their wrist. They are a closed loop rather than a strap to be wrapped around & fastened, and the loop is so small I can only get halfway up my fingers. Then, the elecrical cord is so short - about 8 inches, so that if both were on your wrists it would be like having handcuffs on. These cords are usually about 1 meter (39 inches). Then the connector is female. All the units I have seen have female connectors, which requires the cord connector to be male.

These work okay but the straps are very stiff and the latch for the strap is quite flimsy. There is no way to repair the latch so if it breaks you will have to resort to rubber bands to keep them on your arm. I'll use them until they break and buy better ones.
