I take this Olive Oil daily as a dietary supplement and I also cook with it. This seems to be a "medium" to "light" bodied and flavored olive oil, that really seems to taste "fresh" with a light pepper finish. I like the metal canister container, as I think it protects the olive oil a bit better from light. I think the quality for the price on this olive oil is excellent, and I can see myself using this for a long time, as long as it is available.

I ordered this because extra virgin olive oil is a core element of my diet; I use it to make sure I get enough calories as I eat a plant-based diet and sometimes struggle with getting enough. Given how much I use, I was looking for a deal on quality extra virgin olive oil. This is actually really nice and extremely competitive with the other high end olive oils. This competes quite well with the 500ml EVOOs that are quite expensive, smells very fresh. I haven't eaten it yet but the smell is very strong and makes it clear it will be quite delicious to dip bread in. Will definitely be ordering this again.

Just wish that the bottle included the level of polyphenols written on the bottle but it does not. Or atleast a QR for that would show you testing on each batch. Just a suggestion as in the title it says up to 1200mg/kg of polyphenols but that could mean that some batches have less. Their is no way of knowing if that statement is even true. If i can find that info ler me know.

The product is really good it definitely has a high polyphenol content you can tell by the flavor it has a peppery finish

Marked with production date range. Metal container that protects against damaging sunlight. High in polyphenols. I like that the taste is quite neutral, good for salad dressing.

The bottle is great because it’s not transparent. The oil will stay with it’s great taste lunger. I use it for salads.

Solid when left in fridge - good sign. They make a big deal about AFQ certification but guess what. NO sign of a test or certificate or number or anything marked on the can ! NOT COOL. Also it will be a miracle if it shows up to your door without leaking. The can is so thin and Amazon packaging SUCKS so my can showed up absolutely MANGLED.
