The craftsmanship was fine. It's a nice looking marker. Be aware of the measurements. It is not as thick as others I have, but I'm sure it will last a long time, as long as no one takes a hammer to it.When customizing your marker, I would advise making a copy of choices you made. Mine did not turn out as expected, and I have no way to know if it was my mistake or the sellers.My cat's name was Solomon, but it looks more like Salman at first glance. Could be my eyesight. I don't remember if you are given a choice of fonts, so the point is moot. I just don't think I would ever have selected that one.I knew it would take a long time to get here, but after a little more than two weeks, I almost forgot I ordered it. The packaging was excellent. No damage occurred during shipping.The thing that bothers me the most is the dates on the stone. Solomon died many years ago,. I always wanted a stone for his grave like I had for my other cats, but that company went out of business, and it seemed like every time I thought about it, I didn't have the money to spare.My other stones were light in color with dark lettering. Bigger and heavier, more like a tombstone. I don't think this one will show up at all in the area where I need to put it. But these are things I considered before I ordered it.Back to the dates. I've had so many dear cats over the years , I can't keep track of when they were born or just showed up. I found Solomon's year of death by going back and looking on my Facebook timeline. He died in 2005, but the stone says. 2005 - 2020, which is totally wrong. I can't prove it. but I'm positive I entered 2005 in the year of death field. Did I estimate the year he was born or leave it blank? I'm not sure, but there is no way I put down 2020 anywhere, no way! If there was some question about the dates, they should have contacted me instead of just engraving 2020 on itAt least there will be something there to memorialize him, but if I had it to do over I would not order it again.

I absolutely adore this marker. It's not huge, it's not thick but it will do the job I bought it for. Great craftmanship, great value. I bought one before this that turned out to be more like an expensive paper weight. I can now remember my girl properly.
