I got nipple piercings done. I applied this cream twice in the same day..once about 3 hours before my appointment and again about an hour before the appointment. I applied a thick layer and let it air dry on its own in my bra. I felt zero unbearable pain. I felt the needle in general go through but it was not painful. I also took a 500mg tylenol 30 mins before the piercing. 100% recommend.

I loved this stuff! I used it for my finger tattoos and hardly felt a thing. Be sure to apply it generously 1 to 2 hrs before you start the tattoo and cover it with some sort of plastic. I don't know why but when I did that I had very minimal to no pain. Would 100% recommend! I only gave it 4 stars bc the ink on my fingers did come out and I had to have them rehit like 3 times but idk if it was bc of the product or just bc the fingers is a difficult place for the ink to stick!

I used this product for my body waxing. I put on 30-45 mins before my waxing appointment and by the time I'm getting my service done the cream has gone into effect and continues to numb the parts I'm getting waxed.

I bought this cream for the first time I tried at-home waxing. I read all the positive reviews and it is also the strongest non-prescription cream you can find online. I was not disappointed. The jar seemed a bit small, but it lasts a long time as you do not need much cream to cover big areas. It has mild smell, nice texture and does not take much time to dry. Within 3-5 min you can start feeling it on your skin. Kind of cool and numbing. I say it would wearout within about 2 hours. Maybe longer. Anyways, it was plenty enough time to finish my bikini line. I am pretty sensitive to pain and pain level was very tolerable. Maybe 4 out of 10. It worked great with the wax as I was afraid that the wax might not stick right. Overall, it was worth the money and I will for sure buy it again once I run out.

I wish this had more lidocaine in it. Not the best for numbing. I would try something different next time.

Product eliminated all feeling start to finish during this tattoo cover up I had done. 5 hours and any "real" pain was gone completely. Other creams I've tried lasted maybe an 1 1/2 - 2 hours.This was the best quality for the tolerance and time needed.This was a cover up tattoo. Fresh, untattooed skin, you can't feel anything no matter how many times the needle hits you. Covering up existing tattoos, you feel pressure, maybe a zing here and there but nothing more then a bee sting for a split second.
