I could smell the little capsules from the outside of the bottle, and they smell so good! They are very effective at giving you clean breath. I use them when I've eaten garlic and nobody would ever know what I've eaten. They don't just mask odor like gum; they rid you of the odors from within.

I don't know how I went so long without these breath fresheners. I take them every single morning, right before I arrive at work. Swallow two with water and let the third dissolve under my tongue. I'm no longer soooo worried about my potential bad breath.
