Very pleased with this bow saw, I can now slice freshly baked bread, including sourdough with a tough crust, easily and thinly.Takes a little getting used to as it is very sharp and doesn’t require much pressure, would recommend.

It's decent enough, but what they don't tell you, is you really need to corresponding chopping board so you can get through the bottom of the loaf, otherwise the frame hits the bottom before the blade does.

It is an adoption of a blade used in a protected bread cutter. It is too flimsy to be able to direct the blade accurately through the slice.

I make all of my own bread, but even with an expensive, regular bread knife, I mess up slicing the bread every time, this arrived yesterday. I made a white loaf earlier in the day sk decided to try it immediately, I've never found a knife as good as this, it xludes through the bread easily and cuts even, neat, thin slices, I 100 % endorse this product.
