Polished Brass Shield, Texture and Punched Armor Necklace with Black Nylon/Satin Cord and Brass Wire Wrap Ends

Strong and bold is the best words to describe this necklace. It was made for one of the strongest women in my life, my mom. She inspired me to continue making these and sharing them with their new owners! This shield is made from brass. It has been hammered, textured, punched, oxidized, with a slight patina finish, and lastly polished and polished to a brilliant finish. Handmade brass wire wrapped end and hook finish on a black nylon cord. Original shield measured at 6 3/4" long, 2 5/8" wide and 19" around.
