Excellent product and is great when combined with turkesterone! I’ve been researching natural supplements to support overall wellness, energy, and performance, and eFlow Nutrition really caught my attention with this blend. What stood out to me right away is the dosage: 600mg of Fadogia Agrestis extract (10:1) and 400mg of Tongkat Ali extract (100:1) per serving. Those are very solid amounts compared to a lot of underdosed formulas out there. Both ingredients have some solid research behind them when it comes to promoting natural hormone support, better energy levels, and even mood balance.

This supplement has just two ingredients, Fadogia Agrestic + Tongkat Ali, so if you need a supplement like this with limited ingredients this is for you. Unfortunately, I didn't read the ingredients carefully and now see it has gelatin. Therefore, since I am a pescatarian I won't be using this supplement. This is made in the USA.

I like the ingredients and I'm excited to give it a try. I do wish they had made the container half as large because it's unnecessary to have all that air with the capsules just loose around in there. Does come with a pretty decent expiration date so that's nice.
