Recommend trying this!
I don’t know why this is working so well for me but it is! Less joint/muscle pain, much better sleep & generally livelier. I also take a vitamin D supplement & the combination of these two works well. I would recommend this!

Lots to think about
This is a tricky one to evaluate. It seems to be two things - a source of magnesium, and a possible solution to the calcium paradox. I will say a little about each. The verdict on magnesium seems to be that it is very important in all sorts of ways and that if you have a deficiency you should definitely take a supplement. But magnesium is present in most foods so it isn't obvious who might have a deficiency and there is little evidence that taking more of it than normal offers any benefit. The calcium paradox is a tendency, which I know about as I suffer from it, for calcium to accumulate in the arteries instead of in the bones. It is a paradox because you would expect high bone density to accompany calcified arteries, and low bone density to accompany healthy arteries. Why the relationship sometimes goes in the opposite direction seems to be a mystery and I guess that's why it's called a paradox. I recall when my low bone density was diagnosed and all the usual causes were eliminated, the consultant listed it as "ideopathic", which, he explained, meant they don't have a clue why. There is some evidence that vitamin K2 can reverse the effect. The paradox tends to go with low vitamin D, hence it is included in this formulation, but taking vitamin D alone won't be sufficient. In general I am impressed with the way this company has formulated their product. They provide clear precise information with no hyped up claims, and no mumbo-jumbo marketing. They appear to understand the calcium paradox and the magnesium they provide is in citrate form, which is the best type. The K2 level, however, seems a little low. I am alternating this with another source of K2 which offers a higher dose.Incidentally my experience offers a lesson for everyone. All three of my problems - low bone density, calcification, and low vitamin D, went undected for years. I had a comprehensive medical check through my employer which gave 2 pages of blood tests but didn't bother to include vitamin D (although deficiency is pretty well an epidemic in Britain). I had treatment with an oseopath for years for back trouble and he never suggested getting a bone density scan. And I only found out about my arteries when I had an X-ray for an injury. The first two doctors who studied the images didn't notice it and it was only the third doctor who drew the correct conclusion. Of course I am a small minority, except for the vitamin D, which everyone should have tested. Or just take a supplement and don't even bother to have the test.

It’s a rather pleasant lemony taste.
This product offers a great boost to your daily recommended Magnesium intake which is approximately 400mg for men and 300mg for ladies. These levels do need adjusting for teens & pregnant or breastfeeding woman.Personally, I take a magnesium supplement to assist my recovery from weight training.Magnesium does occur in lots of our everyday foods, dairy, nuts, seeds, cereals, leafy greens and whole grain products. This supplement is easy to take, the dosage and instructions clearly stated on the tub.You can consume 1tsp to 3tsp of the magnesium powder per day, simply mix with hot water, 30 to 60ml, let it fizz, stir and then top up with a little more water.Go careful on the dosage as too much can cause a bad tummy and lead to diarrhea, if you require the larger dose you can take this at different times throughout the day.

Pleasant taste but watch the dosage!
Very pleasant tasting if you like lemon, which I do. I followed the instructions to the letter but I really did suffer the following day, I couldn’t move from the loo! Initially I thought I’d ingested some gluten (I have Coeliac Disease) as the pain was excruciating and anything I ate went straight through me but then I remembered the warning on the bottle. Anyhow, I thought I’d try it again with an even smaller amount of the powder but again I had a similar reaction, so I’m sorry it’s not for me.

Good protection against osteoporosis and also helps with sleep and constipation.
This MAG365 (Magnesium) powder comes in a 180g tub with a screw top lid, it's quite pleasant tasting (exotic lemon) and if taking as directed makes a refreshing cold or hot drink. The directions say to take one teaspoon daily (increasing to three over time if required). One teaspoon will give you 375mg of magnesium, 200mg of vitamin C, 300mg potassium, 10mg zinc, 2mg B6, 1mg boron as well as 20ug D3 and 75ug K2. Many of these supplements contribute to the maintenance of normal healthy bones.I have COPD and take (prednisone) steroids regularly and steroids are well known for the side effect of osteoporosis amongst others and I already take a Vitamin D3 supplement on prescription, this MAG365 supplement is a good top up of nutrients to keep my bones in one piece (lol). However, it is important to check with your doctor or health advisor before taking an increase in supplements as for example too much vitamin D3 can cause a build up of calcium in the blood and magnesium in large doses can cause stomach cramps and diarrhea as well as heart and lung problems, so again always check that the levels you are taking are safe. This supplement in powder form is very easy to take, simply add one to three teaspoons of powder to a little hot water wait for it to fizz then add either cold or hot water to taste. It tastes very nice and is not too sweet nor too sharp.II've been taking this MAG365 for about one month and I think it's doing me some good, I'm certainly sleeping better and I'm no longer constipated which has always been a bit of a problem to me. Time will tell if this supplement will help to prevent osteoporosis but that would be the case with any supplement taken for that reason.
Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2.5 g (one slightly rounded teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 5.5 g (3 level teaspoons) per day.\n\n
