BERN, Winter Watts EPS Snow Helmet

I love bern, excellent products. This replaced an older but very similar bern helmet and I can not believe how much lighter and more comfortable this is. I hope more affordable options for wireless earphones with call answering options become available soon.

Helmet is pretty breathable. Goggles don’t sit that well on this helmet for some reason... must be the shape

First off, I was super confused ordering this helmet. Some pics show winter liner depending on the color of the helmet, some show summer liner that are another color. I wanted black and I read tons of reviews, some saying theirs came with both liners, some saying it came only with winter, some said theirs came only with summer liner.I ordered black and mine came with just the winter liner, this sucks as I live in Utah and it's July and averaging 98 degrees. Once I found it only has the winter liner I began searching online for a summer liner. No one seemed to have one on Amazon or Ebay that specifically said it was the liner for Watts. Finally found out my local REI carries BERN helmets and call them up. They tell me they have a liner for the Watts, SWEET, I think. Then he says it's the winter liner... Wahhhh... But then he does a solid and looks up the BERN website for me and helps me find the WATTS summer liner. I order it for $15 and an additional $6 shipping. Aaaaand now I get to wait a week or so before using my helmet.In the end, I like the look of the helmet and I think it will be worth the wait. I was right on the border of Medium and Large and I got the Medium based on past Helmet purchases, it is snug with the WInter liner and prob less snug with the thinner Summer liner but won't know for a week or so...I wish the Seller/s would list what liner came with each colored helmet. Bought for $59 but will end up paying $80 when all is said and done. Prob won't use the winter liner, I hope I am wrong since I paid for it. Guess i'll try some onewheel in the snow...The Helmet is not huge as some say, at least not the Medium, it's also very light and looks good in person. Hope it fit's once I get the summer liner. -1 star for lack of summer liner and it's on the higher end price range, especially after considering the extra $$ to get the Summer liner or winter, or whatever luck of the draw you get..

Love this helmet. Has the cold weather liner. Looking forward to using it this summer on the bike trail!

Comfortable and warm. Second one I’ve bought if that means anything. Has the looks, I just need the skills to back it up...!

One issue is, because of the lid, there isn't that much space for your goggles. Still a great, lightweight helmet.
