I struggle with joint pain, and finding an ice pack that stays in place without slipping or burning my skin has always been a challenge—until now!This ice pack is perfect because I can use it on multiple areas like my knees, elbows, wrists, and even my hands. The adjustable strap keeps it secure, allowing me to move around freely or even sleep with it on. The fabric is incredibly soft, making it comfortable to wear, and I rarely need an extra towel for protection since the material helps regulate the cold.One of my favorite features is the included storage bag—I can keep it in the freezer, take it out when needed, and store it again with no mess. It stays cold for about two hours, which is perfect for long-lasting relief.The only small issue I noticed is that, while I wouldn't consider myself a large person (as you can see in the photographs), my legs are a bit bigger. The product images suggest that it will fully cover a man's knee, but I feel this might be slightly misleading. It does cover the right side and back of my knee, which is where I need relief the most, so it still works well for me. However, I'm not sure if it would fully wrap around the knees of a larger person.That being said, for comfort, quality, and effectiveness, this ice pack is amazing, and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love these ice packs! The quality is amazing, they fit just right around my feet, they’re easy to put on, the inside of the ice pack that goes on your skin is soft and smooth! And a plus, you don’t have to worry about the ice packs sliding off because of the Genius addition of the Velcro straps! Another plus, you can wear them in more than one way!

I received the ice pack the next day as promised. The ice pack is high quality. The covering seems durable. They stay very cold throughout the 20-minute treatment. The soft cloth (velour-like) material is comfortable on the knees and the straps hold the pack so that it makes proper contact with the joint. Also, the straps enable you to move (as long as you do not bend your knees) while using the ice pack. I am very satisfied with the product. (original rating 5-star)Follow-up - 6 months after using them all the packs are leaking. Disappointing. I guess good things do not last forever. I had 4 packs and used 2 of them daily for about 6 months. That gives about 3 months use each with daily use. They worked great for reducing knee pain and swelling due to meniscus damage that has accumulated through the years of athletics. They all are leaking in the center where folded from one of the circles that seem to have been for filling with gel during manufacturing. For my next set (I have more) I will try to lay flat and not use the storage bags. Perhaps they will last longer.A week later.... The items say they have a 1-year warranty on the material that came with the item. I contacted the manufacturer but got no response. I contacted the seller and asked for help contacting the manufacturer. The seller Comforlife offered me a full refund. Thank you Comforlife!

These are a great tool for ankle injury. My child had surgery and we have been using them flat out. The soft velvety side is nice for using over bare skin. The plastic side or colder side is great if you have an ace bandage on so the cold will permeate through. They are a great value for money!

It’s adjustable to any size knee and it does the job. It’s very easy to put it on, comfortable, you can just walk around with it if you need to get something done quick. Very good quality as well. I started running so it helps relief the swollenness.

This item is well made soft felt like covering but it takes a long time in the freezer and when you put it on, it applies easy and has great straps, but it does not hold the cold anywhere near as long as I believe it should I have another gel filled wrap that is smaller does not have as long of straps and contains more gel and last much longer
