Bought for my son and he loves it. Plays with it all the time. Only issue I have had in last 6 months is sand and dirt in the motor. But that is to be expected in the places he has taken this thing. But cleanup was easy and only took 10 min to do. Controller batteries still original since purchase. I think he gets about 20-30 min per charge depending on how fast the controller is set for.

I wanted to introduce my kids to RC cars, and wanted to find something that was a higher level than what you'd find at Walmart, but didn't want to spend $150-$175 / car for the entry level car at our local hobby shop.After looking at several reviews and watching videos of this RC car on YouTube, I decided to order two as Christmas gifts, and they have been awesome! My kids have played with them consistently since Christmas, and they are holding up really well, which is great because my kids are not gentle with them.The speed control on the remote provides the option of really slowing down the car for younger drivers, or just to learn how the car works, then you can increase the speed as needed. At full speed, this is a fun car, able to do doughnuts, jumps, etc.Even running the car at full speed, you still get 15-20 minutes on the charge of one battery, and each car comes with 2 batteries.Overall I have been extremely pleased with these cars. They were exactly what I was hoping for, and the durability is awesome.The only thing to be aware of is a 1/18th scale car is on the smaller side and sits closer to the ground. For short grass, small gravel, and a paved surface, these cars are awesome. If you're planning to mainly operate the car in tall grass, deep leaves, etc. This may be somewhat of a pain.

This is my son's third RC car. He has an entry level one, a very large monster truck and this one. This is the one he uses when he is into speed, which is most of the time. This things is fast. I don't know if it goes 30MPH as advertised as it is hard to gauge speed, but this is by far the fastest car I have ever seen. You need a lot of space if you want to go at top speed. Not in a house, unless you live in a mansion. Battery life is good and the extra batter pack is a plus, always having an extra around. I enjoy using it too.

This was a great gift for my nephew. He really enjoys playing with this remote control car. That lasts as long and he has turbo power and pretty much goes over any little mountain. I recommend to buy as gift.

I've bought two of these now, the 1st one I've had for 2 years and it still going - we play with them pretty often and letting my 7 yr old and 2 yr old crash them into the fence and trees, along with ramping them over other toys they both have held up good. Had to order a new battery for the oldest one but all in all very happy with the purchase

This car is a beast! Fast, rugged easy to control and unbreakable. I bought the car for my six year old son who is already a mans man. In less than a week the car has been dropped, kicked, thrown, raced through mud, asphalt, rocky park terrain and grass. It maneuvered well and didn’t miss a beat even through thick grass equal in height to the vehicle. It is a little louder than I initially thought it would be. But no big deal. I love the fact that it comes with two batteries and some spare fasteners. We ran through a pretty thorough non stop maneuvers for more than 1/2 hour without the car showing signs of losing power or responsiveness so I never needed to use the second battery. It’s a great vehicle and the little guy was not disappointed spending a long overdue summer afternoon in the park. I would buy another vehicle from these guys. The only downside are the instructions. While they are thorough, with pictures and all it is clear that the writers and non English speakers. The translations are poor but discernible with a little effort. So if you’re someone who reads manuals you may find doing so here a bit of a challenge. This is not a show stopper by any means.

ok, my older son has some $500 RC truck... and my little one, 1.5-2 years now, and run this into every wall and anything else he can find for over 6 months now... and i is as good as the day we got it.RUGGED!!! ok, why not all 5 stars? well, the questions to the stars...Remote control... nice, but not perfect, 1 it does not have leaner steering. its ether left or right, same goes for throttle forward backward stop,,, nothing in the middle... sort of:-) yea, sort of... you see it does have 3 adjustments knobs/pots one os for steering rate, and the other is throttle rate. with the throttle rate you can bring it down in speed (why did they not just put this into the throttle trigger?????) but still nothing close to a crawl. it seems all these under $200 RC cars don't do that... If i could make it crawl, ie 1/10 the slowest speed then it would go up another full notch...

Awesome truck. Our 5 year old son loves it. Once we had the remote control dialed in to meet his driving skills (slow it down a bit), he could easily control the truck. It has a lot of power and speed and is a lot of fun. As he becomes a better driver we can easily turn up the speed. Affordable price. The extra battery is nice and it seems to hold a charge well.**Update**We used our truck a few times and it no longer goes forward or reverse. The wheels will respond when we attempt to steer from the remote but it will not got forward or reverse. We have tried the original 2 batteries that came with the truck, and we purchased a brand new battery and that did not resolve the issue. Changed to 1 star.**Update 2** I was able to get in touch with the manufacturer / distributor and they did issue a full refund. I can't give 5 stars because the truck ultimately died, but they did make it right with a refund.

This little truck is awesome! Purchased it as an xmas gift for my 6 year old son, and could not be happier! Its exactly as advertised. Super fast and built tough. My son has been thrashing it for days and its still going strong despite being rammed into curbs and flown over big jumps. for the price point you won't find a better RC car. Highly recommend!

My 7 year old loves it - fast and seems to resist falls and bumps very well. It has been driven through grass and pebbles and on the road, gone through some falls and crashes and is going strong. I honestly thought my son would kill it when he started driving and crashing, but he didn't.

Appreciated the spare battery which was a gem even though the run time was pretty long. I get a good 17-20 mins of play. Car is fast and durable (underwent loads of crashes) and still running well.
