I purchased this product to serve a couple gallons of cold beverage, and it kept cold for 5 hours easy. The built in thermostat made it easy to track.

This product has so many pros! It was quickly delivered, it is very accurate with temperature, and it insulates my coffee VERY well. I will be buying more very soon. This product also has a stainless steel surface, so I don't have to worry about rust. It didn't leak when I've used it and the Size is perfect for the amount. It has the best portability features and the ease of cleaning has take little to no time at all.

I'm a hardcore indian tea (chai) fan any very picky on taste. I never like tea stored in thermos because it taste change. But with this product I did not find any taste difference. We had an event of 80+ people at home and it was amazingly good - taste & temperature was perfect. Really great product. I'd definitively recommend it.

Doesn’t heat up for long time. Heat only lasted for less than 1 hr

This dispenser is what I was looking for. Large enough to hold hot water, coffee or cider. It comes with batteries for the thermostat and is accurate, also comes with a cover that I wasn’t expecting.
