Obsessed with these! They are lightweight, so cute, and come in so many great colors. These are perfect for everyday life. Sometimes I don't want to carry around my 40 oz one, so this one is the perfect lighter alternative. Easy to clean, haven't had any leaks, and so far has been quite durable, no dents or scratches, my other Stanley fell apart in 2 weeks but this one is holding up nicely - I've been using it for 2 months, and it still looks brand new! Keep in mind, if you prefer a handle, this one might not be ideal.

I love this cup! I use it as a coffee cup in the morning and it keeps my iced coffee extremely cold. The ice does not melt for awhile. It is also the perfect size to carry around.

I bought two of these cups , they keep the drink cold all night, are leak free unless you want them to.

The item was good, and luckily didn't see obvious scratches. However, I was surprised the product came with no packaging at all, not even a piece of wrapping paper. It was just thrown in a bag and shipped. The packaging really should be improved.

nice and good quality but leaks a lot from the straw if you wear a cart strap yo hold it and you bend down it all comes out so looks good and it does seal well around rim but no seal on straw hole !! do not very functional

Keeps hot/cold nicely but it LEAKS! NO HANDLE INCLUDED. I bought THREE of these. Gave one to my senior mother, and I use the others. They all leak! I am visually impaired and have a tendency to knock over my drink, so I figured I would get a tumbler. Didn't realize I should have a handle with them and when I did, i reported it. I didn't get them. No reply. I carried it, closed and no straw, in my bag and it spilled all over. It was upright and well packed. The shaking made it splash all over my bag. If I accidentally knock it over, spills. I am so disappointed and feel more than a little ripped off. I don't travel with it with the straw in it and bought the straw covers that were recommended on purchase, for me to use at home. I won't buy another one. and wouldn't recommend them.

It wasn’t clear to me from the description or the pictures that this 20 ounce mug does not have a handle. Returned this, and ordered the 30 ounce with a handle.
