Qualitiy is very good and using it a piece of cake
Didn't have much hopes but I was wrong. Rigiet is really top of its class and as a previous owner of Osmo Mobile, I can see the benefits it provides against DJI's solution, with a much much beter price. Qualitiy is very good and using it a piece of cake. Had minor issues with bluetooth disconnections and the only thing missing is the 4k resolution support when I capture video with my galaxy s8.

NOt that great
Tried using it once when i first got it for my gopro and iphone. Doesn't stabilize and it stays crooked the whole time. Difficult ease of use.

small and powerful, love the charging features
I love it!I was really surprised at the quality and smoothness of this little fella. fills super-rigid and well built.I am shooting 4K, which is a battery killer, so the option to do a pass-through charge to my phone is a winner.

I’ve purchased stabilizer but I was not satisfied with the speed of tracking subject
I’ve purchased stabilizer but I was not satisfied with the speed of tracking subject! Rigiet is much better. Three stars because one of the main reasons I bought this stabilizer is the possibility of charging the phone while I use it! But I did not get the charger with the product! The product is very expensive, so supposed to get a USB charger for free because it is essential with the product! Overall, it a great stabilizer, but pricey without phone charger you need to spend more money to get it. Delivered on time👍🏼( I knew Rigiet doesn't work with iPhone x I just wanna share this info here)

Bluetooth requires a pin number
No pin supplied so can't connect to Bluetooth making it pretty useless.

Not great with a newer heavy phone
This is a very nice device however difficult to use if you have a heavy phone. I have used this on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 + and it works pretty well, but it is not intuitive. Once you get it to work, it is somewhat limited because the balance of the phone is set to the extremes of the gimbal. It does work though and works well. This will not work with a Galaxy S24 Ultra, just too big and heavy for the gimbal. It is clear this was designed for an older style phones.
