This is my third Rowenta steamer in 15-20 years. This model has a nice board that helps steam wrinkles out effectively with its high-power steaming capabilities. I also like the sleek look with the two hooks that remind me of a coat/hat rack. I love the fancy looking water tank.

Honestly, as a retail cloth company owner, I have high standards when it comes to steamers and I’ve recently gone through three different ones. This one is by far the BEST!!!Not only does it look great (perfect for both home use and in-store settings), but it also performs exceptionally well. No water leakage like the others I’ve tried. Thank goodness I finally found a steamer that meets my expectations!Highly recommend!

Steamer is nice but it arrived missing all of the accessories. Amazon instructions say to contact Rowenta which I did but they said to contact Amazon...you know the drill. I can repackage and return to Amazon but this is an item that is fairly bulky and had to be put together so .... you know the drill lol. I will keep and make due without the clips, mitt and clothing brush. Lousy customer service because it would be so easy for them to just send me the missing parts and save them from a bad review and me from the hassle

Well made compared to ones we have had for similar $$. Good steam. Good design.

This is the third steamer (second Rowenta) that my family has had. while it is a well built steamer it's not a well built as the previous model we had. This one has nice quality hose, stand, hanger and wand but each is just slightly lower quality than the previous one at the same price point.That said it still appears to be one that will last multiple years. My recommendation is that anyone who buys one of these plan to use RO or DI water. If you don't they won't last or you need to plan to tear them apart once per year to remove the salt build up. If you do that I expect this one to last several years.

As someone who has two closets full of clothes, a stand up steamer is mandatory. This particular steamer wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, yet it's absolute perfection. Not only does it look visually pleasing but it also performs like a champion. From the adjustable steaming levels, to the detachable water tank, to the design, this is one of those rare items that I will forever be telling people about!

The unit steams well and looks much nicer than our previous steamersWe bought the unit in August and discovered it has been leaking the whole time, 4 months later. It has been leaking into the carpet and finally reached the floor below. We wondered why we needed to add water every use and thought nothing of it. We are out of the amazon return window and are not having luck with Rowenta. Even though there is a "warranty".

This unit does the job! Unfortunately, we were missing some pieces when it arrived and have had an effort to get them replaced.The steam force is not as strong as we would like for this proce point. But, it does the job.
