This is a great product for hormonal acne. I’m a 22 year old girl, and I’ve been struggling to clear my face for months and it was so frustrating bc it felt like nothing was working, so I finally bought this product and I’ve been taking it for almost 5 weeks and my face is almost completely clear now! I've been taking these consistently for 2 months after finding out I'm in perimenopause. I was gaining weight and no matter what I did, could not lose it. Sooooo I had no idea, for 20+ years I needed this. Had a emergency hysterectomy and realized my hormones needed help. Found this! I cannot stop taking it!!! Because if I do, I can see an immediate and drastic difference. This is a good thing, I’ve only been taking a month and it’s life changing. Wish I found this sooner!!!! Effective 🌟 no taste, great to take with some type of fat, more effective. I take it with my coffee. Easy to swallow because of size.

I took DIM 3 years ago and got a migraine the first day and then never again whike on them. Decided to get back on all my old supplements and I’m regretting the decision to start DIM again. I took the pill first thing in the morning, by late afternoon I was in bed with severe nausea. The nausea passed in a few hours, went to bed and woke up with the most severe headache of my entire life. If I wasn’t aware of this DIM side effect, I would have went to the ER thinking it was a massive stroke. Yesterday I was nauseous and in tears most of the day, going through cycles of please end this to please don’t let this be my end. By evening my headache was just a barely there but then I leaned over to put paper into my printer and the pages that were already printed, I couldn’t read. It looked like a form if elvish writing, and I couldn’t comprehend what I was seeing. At this point I was scared it was actually a stroke, did research and apparently that sort of thing can happen with a migraine. Anyway, I still felt OK as the night progressed, but woke up this morning with a severe headache in the left side of my nose, behind my left eye and up the left side of my head. So, as bad as my PCOS is, this was way way worse, I’d rather just have a beard lol.

Due to HRT i needed to take dim. I tried several other brands and they all seemed to upset my stomach. This time release version was just what I needed apparently because no more upset tummy once I switched to these. I did notice through trial and error that I had to take these at night because they affect me much like a potent sleeping pill. I highly suggest taking these at night.
