Lovely backpack only downside is it won't fit my 17 inch laptop. So I exchanged it for the multi coloured one for $20.00 with my son cause his fitted my 17 inch laptop

Defective product
My son has had this backpack for less than 2 months for school. The strap has already broken off at the shoulder and can't be fixed. My daughter and other son got the same backpack from Costco and theirs have held up just fine which is why I decided to buy one off Amazon when Costco ran out. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid quite a bit more on Amazon and yet it broke so quickly.
