This is an incredible printer for the price. Set up, being careful to follow the instructions strictly in the correct order (because I noticed that reviewers who had problems had not followed instructions), was really easy with the only slight problem with getting the correct driver for my Microsoft Surface 2. This version of the Surface cannot run any .exe software yet, when I instead installed the HP Smart app, it could not initially find the printer on the network. I had previously connected the printer to my network from my Windows XP laptop (without an Internet connection) using the included CD. It appears that I was just being impatient. After a while, the printer was visible to my table and set up completion was simply. I have tested it for A3, double-sided and colour printing as well as scanning and copying. I do not plan to use it as a fax. I still have to try printing via email. If there is one thing that I do not like is that the second paper tray sticks out if you load it with A3 paper. All-in-all, I can recommend this printer especially as most people will be using much more recent operating systems.

Excellent product and meets all requirements . Easy to set up . Only problem foreseen is exorbitant costs of sets of inks .

Printer delivered next day. Easy to set up after downloading the user manual. Installing print cartridges a bit fiddly but OK. Print quality good. Not used to full potential yet hence 4 stars.

Large printer but good for all sizes of paper and better than having our two previous ones

Very disappointed with this printer! First: on the scanner there are marks from the inside (under the glass). I can't remove them, that for I would need to take the printer apart. That means if I want to scan something- the marks are visible on the scanned document.Second: the printer supposed to be with cartridges inclusive, but this printer prints mostly in green colour. There are some red and a little bit of brown colours to see, but mostly green, it doesn't get the right colours. That means I need to get new cartridges!!!First I thought I'll send it back, but this printer is huge very heavy to carry and I already unpacked it so I decided to leave it, I don't use the scanner often and hopefully when I get new cartridges it will work so I can get my normal colour prints. If I had known that before I'd never have ordered that.

It is much bigger than I anticipated, and for my needs. I still cannot get it to print wirelessly from my pc. I have to use a lead.

Excellent product with an excellent service to match

A good overall all-in-one printer/scanner, with document feed. Relatively straighforward to set up and to get working.
