This is the third Amazing Air Purifier I have in my home and I am delighted that you can now buy them on Amazon. We live in an old house in the countryside – which means that we don’t have so many traditional pollutants to worry about breathing in, but instead we have a load of pollen, dust, pet hair and mould spores to contend with. Since we got this air purifier, my kids allergies have hugely improved, and all our sleep quality has stepped up - which leads me to believe its doing a lot of good! The compact version doesn't take up too much space and you can open the air filters easily and see what a fabulous job it is doing of filtering out all the nasty bits. It's generally very quiet which is good - noisier when you spray stuff like deodorant nearby as it steps it up to get rid of the particles, but quietens after a minute or two. The dimmable lights are also very handy so that it doesn’t create unnecessary light at night. Would highly recommend if you would are keen to quietly but consistently improve the air you and your family are breathing in everyday.

Beware, this arrives with an American plug on it, despite being sold for the UK.I am hoping it will work well, once I have got an electrician in to re-plug it.

We tried to buy this product from the company itself but it was a hassle, and ended up buying from Amazon instead. The product looked good, but it was too noisy even on the quietest setting. We know for a fact that the room we used it in doesn't have 100% clean air at all, but the purifier started running on blue light (which means clean air) and always stayed there instead of going to red or yellow and then going blue (clean). A disappointing and expensive "purifier". Sent it back for a refund.

I found out about air purifiers from a friend - they are all the rage in America, apparently. My children suffer allergies and we have a seasonal problem with mould - that'll be the cold, damp UK then. I wanted to find something that would help with both. Ordered this one after a bit of research and it arrived the next day. Super easy to set up - basically plug in and turn on! There's an auto setting which I use but you can play with other settings. There a "dim" button, too, that turns off the lighting at night. I was a bit worried it would have significant running costs but checked on our smart meter and it doesn't even register. Result. Was concerned that my children who are v sensitive to noise could possibly by bothered by any sound, but doesn't worry them at all. There's a fan that drives the system. It just gently purrs away. I checked the filter after just five days and I couldn't believe the hair dust, pollen, gunge and hair it caught (we do have a dog). That was the stuff I could see. Just took the filter outside and gentle tapped it and all this stuff came out. Who knew we were breathing that in? Very pleased with this. Recommended.

The room air does seem fresher when you walk in but 3 things to consider…1) It is rather noisy even on the lowest setting.2) it is a rather big item.3) the fan is so strong it was giving me dry eyes whether in the lounge in the day, or bedroom timer off during the night.I have since moved it to the hallway.
