Will I receive 1 over the door organizer or 2?

You will receive a long over the door organizer, but you could split it into 2 short over door organizers to hang in two different places, for example, one for the bedroom, and one for the bathroom.

What is the weight capacity?

I don't know the technical answer but I can tell you that I have quite a bit of stuff in mine. It holds all my diapers, wipes, medicines for baby, body washes and lotions. I also have swaddles and burp clothes all in them. I feel like it holds a lot of weight, but the more weight you have the Velcro won't stick to the door.

What can I use to adhere this to my door, the Velcro strips keep coming off?

I did not use anything, but kept while sections, so weighted enough for me. U COULD TRY COMMAND STIPS?

Has anybody used this to "store T-shirts" in and how many T-shirts fit in one of the sections?

Yes, of course, you can store T-shirts with our organization and storage. Our closet storage has 5 large pockets sections, each section is L14", W5", H7", we believe you can put a lot of T-shirts.
