I once was angered by neglect but have overcome some problems by seeking out help, kindness & safe friendships. So while this is past my current needs, it is a good help to those to release anger - even understandable anger. Seek professional help & books that the backcover shares ways to relax, ways to change your mind towards better self-esteem, viewing yourself through God's Loving Eyes & His Ever Caring Help. Look for truthful, lifting books that truly do help you, especially books that look to Jesus or a Higher Power to bring you together with others so you will care for each other - that's the book to look for & use.

This book was very informative. I am re reading it. It was an easy read. There is a lot one can learn about themselves and rejection reading this book. I am taking notes the 2nd time I am reading. I would recommend this book for anyone who thinks they are dealing with any kind of rejection.

I thought the author could of done a better job of going in depth on the topics he chose for the book. I also did not understand why there was a section on counseling people who are going through rejection in this book when the people buying it are going through rejection. I also felt when he told you to read God's word he should of done a better job putting in scripture in each section and explained how that scripture related to whatever that chapter was about.

This book is a great help with healing your mind, the pain, bitterness, hurt, rejection. I would recommend it to anyone who is in a bad marriage or relationship.

I am a little disappointed in the book.
