Krusteaz Light & Crispy Belgian Waffle Mix, 28 Ounce

I use this to make waffles for my family, they come out fluffy delicious! Makes the batter in minutes, and straightforward instructions.

Buying waffle and pancake mix is dumb, cause it takes a few seconds more to make it from scratch. But there is something about this mix that makes some really fantastic waffles, and I can't quite seem to duplicate the flavor and texture otherwise. That said, I add a bit extra milk and use butter rather than following the directions as written, which makes them a bit more airy and light than what one gets with the liquids as instructed. Bonus point to Amazon for carrying this after my local grocery decided not to.

Once I found this brand of waffle and pancake mix, I will not use any other! Delicious!

We have found this to be the best Belgian waffle mix taste and texture-wise. But, this product is over priced at Amazon. It is way cheaper at your local grocery store.

This waffle mix really does produce light and crispy Belgian waffles. They remind me of the hotel I stayed at in Belgium that had a waffle cart. So yummy!
