My doctor told me I should take apple cider vinegar pills for ACID REFLUX and he was right. It is really a life saver. I tried other brands as well, but with this one I experienced the most immediate results, no heartburn or reflux symptoms anymore and most importantly I don’t use prescription Prilosec anymore. What I’ve seen at this brand is that the formula is stronger than on other pills and it also has more ingredients. I don’t know if this is the reason it worked so fast but for sure I’m sticking with this brand.

I received these Saturday morning and immediately started taking them. I just can't stand the taste and smell of Apple Cider Vinegar. I know plenty of people that can just drink, not I. lol I do exercise 5 days a week and I eat very clean and healthy. Due to a hormone issue I started getting excessive hunger and this has helped curbed my appetite big time. I am sure I will notice additional benefits as I continue to take them. I’ve been on these for 5 months , I’ve lost 10lbs. I’ve haven't lost anything in about a month, but have maintained my weight loss. I did notice when I ran out last month my appetite increased big time!!! But when I’m on them , there are days I forget to eat. I sometimes have to force myself to eat a healthy snack during the day. Overall I’m happy with them. I take 3 a day with my morning meds. I may be increasing it to 4 to see if that kick starts the weight loss again. I will tell you I’m not on any special diet. I eat small healthy snacks throughout the day when I work , I eat a big dinner and sometimes a snack before bed. I do hot yoga 3 times a week. Hope that helps. Before taking the ACV pills I lost 30 lbs and was at a platue and couldn’t get past it.

I know there was a supplement facts picture that showed everything these pills contained but I guess I didn’t bother to read it. I assumed I was buying apple cider vinegar pills. I was mistaken. There is only 1050 mg of apple cider vinegar powder and the rest is stuff I didn’t want and don’t need. These pills have no effect on me like actual apple cider vinegar. I’d rather fill gel capsules of the actual stuff than take these. Which is what I actual do because I hate the taste of acv!
