It doesn't seem to deter my cats from that area. I thought that I was getting the diffuser and 6 refills but it is actually 6 starter kits. Each box contains an actual plug in and diffuser. I should have read through it more thoroughly

Much needed for my cat that is terrified of our neighbors outdoor cat that comes over every night to terrorize her (and us!) through the sliding glass door. She started peeing on the rug by the back door but these really help calm her. A bit pricey but they last a while and better than the smell of cat pee and replacing door mats! Always have more to refill on hand.

I purchased this based on the most recent review that said there were indeed 6 starter kits. Don't be fooled. I got 1 starter kit and 6 refills labeled as package. I can get refills cheaper, so sent them back.

Unlike others, I received 6 starter kits. I would have been fine with just refills, but extra warmers are always nice too.

My one cat was very shy/scared acting all the time, but when I put these up around the house he is always out of his room and playing!

The product description is not correct. It appears as if you are getting 6 diffuser kits (6 diffusers and 6 bottles) but you only get 1 diffuser with 1 bottle and 6 refill bottles.

Very disappointed. I thought I was getting 6 starter kits. I received 1 unit and 6 refills. Not a good value and definitely not what I thought I was going to get.
