Sturdier than anticipated
The bases are a heavy rubber and the post pieces stay together to be moved. The posts aren't super tall, but definitely get the job done.

Works Great!
Used to rope off an area in a parking lot. I love that it isn't the nasty orange like most of them are. Looks more classy.

worked
kept people off the wet concrete. Pads aren't very 'weighty'. They blew over. In not strong wind.

Worked great but...
These worked as designed but beware because the base is not very heavy! Unless you are using them close together with no stress on the barricade going through them, they WILL topple over with a weight on the bottom. Even with no wind or other outside pressure being exerted. Easy to put together though.

Cheap and good for Parallel Parking Practice
We needed some cones to practice parallel parking and these were half the price of all the other options. Though a little short for parallel parking practice, I just taped some pool noodles atop the flat base and it worked perfectly. Rubber base is heavy and weighty, bumping it with the car didn’t knock the cone over.

Sturdy
Great for temporarily marking no-entry zone. Easy to put together and very visible.

Disappointing
These things aren't robust and didn't arrive during the shipping window. The self-assembly is mentioned in the product listing but still seemed surprising for some reason. The base supports the post well enough I guess, but will not withstand any wind or knocking around. I wouldn't suggest these for heavy duty use, we'll probably use them indoors if we don't return them.
