I have been using this to keep hot water in to make hot chocolate at my food truck. It works well as intended. I like having the temperature display so I know when I need to heat the water up again. To get an accurate water temp you may need to cycle a few glasses of water out of the spigot and back into the top. It looks nice as well. Easy to carry. The legs lift it off the table the perfect amount for a 12oz cup.

Love this dispenser! Purchased it for a church gathering and kept our tea warm for a long time. Having the temperature display was a big plus and cleaning the dispenser was very easy. Easy to carry, not heavy at all. Was able to serve warm tea to our church group which consisted around 70 people. Great product!!!

I purchased this to use for my son's birthday party at an ice rink and set up a hot cocoa bar! It was the PERFECT addition to the party! And because of its size, we didn't even need to refill it. I used plug in water heating pitcher to fill it up but it could have easily been prefilled as it is lightweight. The feet on the bottom unfold easily and it looked really nice. Highly recommend if looking for a large capacity dispenser. I can already see me using it time and time again for many years and events to come!

I love how it’s easy to carry, beverages stay hot for a very long time, the taste is the same as the recipe. Very sturdy no leakage. Looks very sleek clean and professional good for parties and large gatherings looks very nice on display very easy to clean also

Wished the attached stand was just a little taller to accommodate taller coffee cups. It worked great for my hot cocoa station at my party! It is sturdy and easy to clean.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I bought it for a party. I'm very skeptical about buying this product in the beginning but I took a chance but I'm glad I did. I really like the coffee pot. I made 60 cups of tea around 2pm. There's 15 to 20 cups left over tea in the pot and it stayed hot till next morning didn't change the taste of the tea. We were very surprised. All I want to say is I recommend this product 💯I be careful with stand around the children because it can easily top over 😉

This product worked perfectly. It’s not to heavy , easy to handle and use. Sturdy legs and cones with amazing large bag for loose tea.

Love the size and temperature reading of this product. Kept water hot for hours outside in the 40 degree weather on my wedding day and on Halloween. Been wonderful keeping some hot Cocoa and apple cidar packets next to it and knowing the water remains hot. Comes with some mesh bags that hold loose leaf tea along with a strainer type gadget so you don't pour any into your cup. Very easy to clean up. Like how the legs move up and down, so you can put a cup underneath. Great buy for the money and get together.
