Absolutely great product! Must have if you have neurophasy in your feet. This vital supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid will make the difference. Easy on the stomach. I take it in the morning and at night. Got this for my husband, has been experiencing numbness and tingling in fingers. (Diabetic). He says it helps him very much, a decrease in the numbness/tingling in fingers. Not as bad as before. Will continue on this!!!

Works well for Neuropathy but I have Gerd it made me burp a lot, so, I had to stop this product. I lost money since it was past the return time.

Doesn't seem to be helpful for sleep - (for me) Doesn't seem to be effective Cost vs effectiveness....
