I was fine with my digestive issues until I noticed that they got so bad that I started farting all the time. You know there’s something wrong when you get to that stage. I started watching what I eat, and started taking this digestive formula- and guess what, I stopped!

I routinely take both probiotics and digestive enzymes, and have been very pleased with the results -- less bloating and overall better functioning of my digestive system. I was interested to try this since it combines both probiotics and enzymes. While it helps, it has not been as effective as my usual approach (separate probiotics and enzymes). In particular, it didn't help much at all with bloating avoidance and actually increased gas production a bit. I'm not sure if it's due to the strains/enzymes in the formulation, or if it's due to having less active ingredients. In any case, it's not a gut health option that worked well for me.On the plus side, the capsules, while large, are not terribly difficult to swallow. The recommended dosage is two caps per day. While the price doesn't make it a tremendous value for a 30-day supply, it's not overly expensive either.Since it offered some benefits, I'll give it three stars (average) but it's not something I'd get again.

I often find it difficult to enjoy food because of the bloating the comes after it. I also try to experiment with different cuisines but I only end up bloating. However thanks to these supplements I don't bloat. No pain! Will definitely recommend.
