Solved my blister problem
I've been having trouble with blisters on the arches of my feet, which has made half marathon training very uncomfortable! After experimenting with a few solutions, I've finally cracked it with these. The inner lining is a fine fabric which fits closely to my foot, and the outer skin is thicker to provide cushioning. The two skins move separately to reduce friction. The double skin does make the whole sock thicker, but it didn't take long to adjust. I have small feet (size 3/3.5) but the fit has been absolutely fine. While the old blisters were healing, I tried combining these socks with blister plasters - mistake! The inner lining got caught under the edge of the plasters and made everything worse. It turns out a thin coating of Vaseline over the blister, plus these socks, works much better (and washes out fine). I've had no issues running 12 miles, even with tender arches.

Have a thought before buy
Miracles only exist in the Bible. There's no technology to avoid 100% blisters on your feet yet. No matter brand or cost, nothing will stop your feet from getting blisters if you're a blister person. There are many factors causing blisters such your step due to feet shape and hips performance or sweat system.Runderwear socks are nice comfy double layered thick shocks that will only HELP to minimize blister formation. In reality they're just the clever idea of having doubled layered socks, so that friction between skin and fabric caused by sweating is now happening between fabric and fabric. In my case, after half an hour running I start feeling again blister formation.I was born with plano-valgus feet and hips problems, and despite I'm using insoles now, my step will never be perfect and the friction on the inner side of my feet will be always much higher than normal feet.Personally I'm happy with Runderwear socks because the blister formation is significantly low since I'm using them, BUT blisters will be there if I keep running longer than 45 min.

Excellent socks
I am a size 5. I ordered the medium. Fit perfectly. I run 3 to 4 times a week. No blisters, no burning bottom of the feet soreness. The double layer prevents any sort of rubbing. Good thickness. Very comfortable. Wash well. I highly recommend these socks.

Blister on first wear
I have other brands of twin skin socks but read the good reviews for these socks and thought I would try them. I have worn them for the first time this evening for an 8 mile walk. I found I had a lot of movement around my heal (not normal in my trainers and never happened with my other twin skin socks), I got home and have a blister on each heal - not impressed and won't be wearing them again for walking, very disappointing.

Comfy and warm
I bought a black pair and have worn on several runs. I don't get blisters but wanted to see what all the fuss was about and had some birthday money to spend. They are comfy and warm but I do have to fiddle with them a bit when putting them on to make sure both layers are sitting properly with no rucked up bits ( hence docked 1 star). They have washed ok so far, hope they last the distance, ha ha.

Maybe for walking/hiking. Not for running.
Not as good as I hoped. Despite sizing these before purchasing they tend to run on the larger size - so these feel a little big for my size 5 feet. Also as they have the double lining they are a fair bit thicker than all my other running socks. Probably ok in hiking boots but not for my daily run. The double lining also means every now and then you get a crease on the inside layer which is rather annoying. No blisters for my short run so far but the price there are a few other brands I would buy instead of these.

Well worth the price
They aren't the cheapest socks but they are amazing for keeping blisters at bay. Wash really well and unlike some cheaper knock offs, these haven't shrunk and they've kept their shape. My running shoes are about 1/2 size bigger to allow for my feet to swell when I run, so while these do add a bit of bulk, my feet still fit in my shoes. Recommended!

Worth the money
These aren’t cheap but they’ve been brilliant for me while training for a half marathon. They’re thick but feel really comfortable and I’ve gone from having several blisters to none at all.
