The media could not be loaded. This CD lens cleaner disk arrived within 24 hours, the plastic case was cracked, but the seccurity seal was in tact. The video shows a CDR which won’t play being removed from the CD player, and the Lens cleaning disk put in its place, and doing its job, then changed back to the CDR, which now loads ok, and begins to play. You’ll have to excuse the family member who happened into the video, complaining about the light on the phone, used to light up the dark corner. I can’t film it again, because the lens is now clean and the CD player is working fine as a result. I am pleased with the Lens Cleaning Disk.

Its rubbish , save your money!! . There's no audio like it says to prompt you ?? . Tried in 2 cd players and 1 dvd player all the same results . Not worth the walk to post office to send it back

Love the CD music ,it keeps the DVD player on TV attached or CD player all clean inside as you can not get inside the device and fun.

Load of rubbish. Unlike every single product like this on amazon, I happen to have received the pne that doesn't include the liquid that you have to put on the brushes to help clean the laser head,/ optical lens. Damn this is going back immediately !! Get another one that's cheaper than this by 30% and includes the liquid!

Couldn't get out to grab one from the shops so ordered here. It's a cd with a tiny brush on it. Was a bit worried about the brush quality as it seems scratchy. I wouldn't risk it on expensive equipment but it's rescued two ps2s that were due for laser replacement anyway, so seems to work.
