I love trying different flours and this ragi flour is very versatile.I love that you can use it in baking but also as a porridge. You just need to add water to make a dough, batter or porridge as well as any spices or sweeteners of your choice.The 1lb (454g) pack is resealable too.

Tastes like this was not sieved properly

This is an unusual ingredient that caught my attention as, of late, my partner is cooking more Indian recipes. She is also good at baking breads which is what she used this millet grain for, to make some roti flat breads. I like that it tastes great with its nutty flavour and it is rich in calcium, iron and has amino-acids, nutritional value aplenty. These days we are very mindful of what we eat and do our best to avoid ultra processed foods full of additives. This is a good product that will easily became a staple in our kitchen.
