I only used this for a few days, and I already noticed a difference! My whole family got the flu and mine was shorter by 2 days. I've also noticed a reduction in my allergies. I love the fact that these do not leave a bad taste in my mouth (my friend takes a different brand & complains about the taste) because that woukd make it difficult for me to continue to take. I am really loving these capsules. I take two per day - one in the morning and one in the evening - and have definitely seen improvements in my hayfever symptoms as well as minor aches and pains. I wasn't sure that something natural could really help, but I am happy to say that I was wrong. They also don't taste like anything! No icky pill taste.

The product did not help me at all. Took for a week, and had such bad reflux after taking. I couldn't even lay down it would be so bad. Discontinued use and was fine.
