I like the item. It seems very well made, almost commercial grade. That being said I have a few issues.One, the description said it slices extra large apples. It only slices normal circumference apples. I grow Jonagolds, and they are much larger than it can handle.Two, the french fry maker only works for very short potatoes. You have to cut an inch or two off the ends of even an average russet. If there is an adjustment for this I am not sure how it works becauseThree, there was no instruction manual included. I'd like to be able to buy replacement parts, cutters, etc. I cant find any information on this company anywhere.

Engineers need to be a bit better because it will tip over if you don't hit the handle at a "perfect" angle. Moment analysis should be easy guys!

This tool is amazing!!! We have spent a lot more money on products that don’t work nearly as well! We use it to slice apples for a local harvest festival and it worked beautifully!! We will buy another an get rid of the two we have!

This is a fantastic product! I purchased it to cut apples for our company's caramel apple day celebration. We cut more than 300 apples and never encountered a single problem. I am considering purchasing one for my home.
